As the situation aroundCOVID-19 continues, we are actively making the necessary changes to our protocols to ensure the security and flexibility of our visitors.

As always, safety, the health of our visitors and team members is of the utmost importance and priority.
The following are some of the measures and actions we have taken:

Our team is up to date on the latest measures and protocols, is aware of the latest news and information from local and national health authorities and has designed and implemented a plan in case there is evidence of this viral infection in the hotel or our area.

Cleanliness and safety:

• All department employees are required to wash their hands frequently.
• Departure time is 11am and arrival time from 3pm onwards to have extra time for thorough cleaning of the rooms.
• Disinfect all room keys after each stay.
• Cashless payment methods are available and encouraged.

Cleaning department

• Daily housekeeping will be less frequent during your stay.
• Towels and sheets will only be changed on request.
• We offer two cleaning options on departure:
• Either we clean it in the usual way after a customer leaves and keep it closed for 24 hours until the next arrival arrives,
• Carry out thorough cleaning and disinfection using a steam cleaner on all surfaces of the room and the bathroom.
• Additional disinfection of busy areas / objects that visitors come in contact with - light switches, door handles, remote controls, thermostats and more,
• We remove pens, papers, guestbooks (you can find all the information on our website) kettles, coffee and tea makers from your room.
• A disinfection team has been set up at our hotel, which oversees the cleaning of the rooms and specializes in cleaning rooms in suspicious or confirmed cases of Koronaios.
• In case a patient with pain can not be transported to a health center or the nearest hospital, the continuation of his stay will take place in a separate area with strict distances and occupancy measures for the rooms and special cleaning.
• Cleaning over and over again: Increase in the frequency of cleaning public spaces,
• We have installed devices with hand sanitizer in all areas and facilities of our hotel and it is at your disposal.
• Our staff is trained to avoid close contact and to maintain social distance
• Throughout the cleaning process, the hotel team members are provided with personal protective equipment and improved training designed to protect their well-being, while we continue to offer unparalleled Greek hospitality.

Food and beverage

• buffet will be maintained, while there will be more individual portions as well as packaged products.
• For this reason, additional security measures will be introduced that must be followed by both visitors and staff.
• The opening hours of breakfast, lunch and dinner will be modified due to the reduced capacity of the restaurant.
• In addition, hand sanitization will be mandatory when entering the restaurant.
• Temperature control will be even stricter.
• Cutlery and utensils will be replaced more frequently and strict hygiene and distance measures will be applied to employees.
• The minimum allowed distance between tables ranges from 0.90 cm to 1.80 cm and no more than six people are allowed per table, although this restriction does not apply to families with children.
• Information signs will remind people of the personal hygiene rules and safety measures that apply in all areas.
• Antiseptic liquid will be available at the cash registers.
